What exactly is the Agile Mindset?
The Agile Mindset is a balanced thought process that involves understanding, collaborating,
learning, and staying mentally flexible. This allows you to achieve high-performing results as well as the ability to understand how your team mates or clients are doing and how to bring out the best in them.

-Accepting that stressful situations are a daily occurrence for everyone
-Open to growth and welcoming of change
-Shifting unfocused or anxious thoughts to calm, focused thinking
