The practical and systematic methods and tools explored in the training program, enables leaders to successfully harness unwanted stress and change resistant behaviors to become a competitive advantage for them, their teams, and the organization. In addition to learning about how to lead people through organizational change, the workshop also introduces leaders to how to operationalize skills such as Emotional Intelligence and empathy. 

Objectives and Outcomes

The program is an ideal solution for leaders at all levels of an organization who need tactical skills to lead sustainable change within the organization through developing advanced interpersonal communication skills. In the workshop, participants will:

In this course leaders will understand and develop the capacity for personal resilience by learning the foundations of Emotional Intelligence theory. This course gets leaders on the court with a combination of theory and practice. Pulling from work situations, leaders will discover the powerful results and immediate results their personal resilience has on those they lead.

Up-Skill Your Leadership

learn how to disconnect from unwanted stress brought on by unpredictable and chronic change and remain focused.

 

In each 90 minute session,  you will learn the foundations of understanding exactly how stress affects people’s thinking as well as your own. 

Additionally, you will learn the keys to disconnect from stress to reach your highest level of performance in any situation. Learn 5-Steps to shift out of stress or anxiety and regain a calm mindset no matter what the stressors are.

Learn neuroscience based exercises to interrupt the threat response that destabilizes focus, mood and productivity for 20 minutes or up to 72 hours. Instead, this course will help sustain a calm mindset through tough situations.
