Course Description
Psychological safety in the workplace refers to a climate in which staff feels comfortable to express their opinions, admit mistakes, give, and receive feedback, suggest improvements, and point out problems without fear of embarrassment, punishment, or rejection by the rest of the team.
When psychological safety is present in the team, all members have equal rights to express themselves, regardless of their position, job title or rank. Participants will learn the 5 Competencies of Psychological Safety. Learning and practicing these 5 basic competencies of dismantling stress, empowers your contribution to foster Psychological Safety with co-workers and work teams. These skills keep participants RESILIENT, especially when others are not using these skills.
Course Competencies:
Participants will understand how to powerfully interrupt stress that derails goals and communications.
• Explore the benefits of establishing a daily Mindfulness practice
• Gain the ability to be unstoppable and resilient in any situation
• Become an Emotionally Intelligent and Influential leader
• Possess neuroscience-based tools to achieve optimal skills during
stressful situations
